●TeX2img supports various TeX enginges such as pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX, LuaLaTeX, pLaTeX and upLaTeX.

●You can customize preambles, so you can adopt any style files you usually use.

●TeX2img is not specialized for “generating images of mathematical fomulae.” TeX2img converts the entire document into images, including multi-page documents.

●If TeX engines are properly set up, you can embed any non-ASCII characters into images.

●TeX2img supports both dvipdfmx and dvips. So you can use PSTricks or Asymptote using dvips.

●TeX2img provides templates for various LaTeX engines by default. You can add or customize the templates by yourself.

●You can not only input LaTeX source directly, but also input existing LaTeX source files or PDF/PS/EPS files.

●TeX2img is not a Web applicaiton but a standalone application. So you don't need the Internet connection, and you can use your own style files which are installed in your local environment.

●Syntax highlight is available.

●You can automatically paste generated images onto Illustrator/Word/PowerPoint/Pages/Numbers/Keynote. (macOS version's feature)

●TeX2img automatically load TeXShop's settings. So you can use the same command completions or key bindings as TeXShop. (macOS version's feature)
